Product: HP prodesk 400 g2

Hi, everyone. I have few PCs. Those are HP ProDesk 400 g2 mini. They don't show a display on the screen.  They only show a black screen without flashing cursor on the screen. Although the CPUs can be turned ON but no display on monitor. Please help.

Did you manage to fix it?
mine seems to have the same problem

no video, but no sound codes either and the fan is starting

I have the same problem and could not fix it. Tried everything known to me but none worked.
