Amd laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Computer froze two days ago, I turned it off by holding down the power button. Today when I turned computer on, it did not boot up as normal. After selecting which language keyboard I prefer, It took me to HP Recovery Manager. I don’t know where to go from here. Did I lose all my data from my computer? Please help

The answer is not a simple yes or no.

Your data is still on the drive, so you have not lost it YET.

But if you use the Recovery Manager to do a factory reset, it will reformat the drive and that erases the ENTIRE drive.  While the data then is still NOT gone, Windows can no longer see it and you would have to use specialized data recovery apps to retrieve your data and remove the drive and connect it to another PC to do that.
