Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15t-bp100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
On 6/8/2024 I called HP Support for assistance as directed by an HP Support rep to call another number for remote assistance. When I called that number, I was told I needed to purchase the HP Smart Plan and then given another number to call to begin assistance. After several days of troubleshooting, we finally restored my laptop. I cannot find any record of that service in my account information. Can you tell me how to find that information please? Thank you.
