HP Spectre 13-v022tu

After installing new battery, a screen saying Enter administrator or power on password began to appear. I don't remember setting it up nor making one, Usually it goes away after power off and on again. But thiis time it sticks and not going away. I can't get into windows. Can't even change the bios. what's the password to bypass the lock? serial is [edit]

 

Things i have tried:

1. using bios password generator which gives me e9tg7vgad8 for the password, but didnt work

2. using windows B button to reset bios, but it came up with black screen then windows V came up with cmos invalid 502 error

3. creating bios flashdisk but doesnt work as well. cant seem to boot the flash disk, also blank screen,

If you have proof of ownership for the notebook (and a valid HP warranty), please contact HP Support.

Excuse me. Are you implying that i stole the notebook? All I did was install a new battery. And the warranty expired like 5 years back.
