Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone know HP Laptops better than me? I got a used HP Specter x360. Has a Bios Admin password that I do not know. There does not appear to be a CMOS battery on this model.

 

HP documents state you can reset the Bios by holding Windows and V while booting. I have done that and reset the Bios. Password remains.  

 

Enter the password wrong 3 times and it ask for a spare key USB drive. Which I don't have.  

 

Any ideas?
