I am currently experiencing an issue with my HP Spectre 13-ac000 x360. It will not turn on; when the power button is pressed the LED in the button turns on for a second and then goes off. The laptop does not boot nor does it show any signs of doing so (no fans, no display). When connected to a power source the charging LED is orange.
I have tried a hard reset, attempting to reconnect the BIOS (the laptop did not turn on) , connecting and reconnecting the battery (unplug charger, disconnect battery, 30 seconds pressing the power button, plug in charger, connect battery) and it still will not turn on.
There is no water damage and the laptop just turned off during normal use. Whilst it is still in warranty, I use this for work and cannot afford to have a lengthy absence of use of it.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
