HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Dears,

I've a clean installed Windows 11 home 23H2 - on Hp Spectre x360 - 15-eb0053dx laptop.

I've noticed that, if I use it with battery (cord does not pluged in), an I would like to normally shut down it, it last more than 2 min (around 130 sec).

I've tested it with pluged cord, and full shut down seemed normal around 10 sec.

If I runned the HP Diagnostic Windows utility (ver.24), and tested the Battery itself (equipment test), on Battery mode, after a few sec a blue death (blue windows screen came up), and laptop restarted.

When I plugged the cord, all the tests, including battery test were successfull, without any issue.

This sympthom refers to a starting power management failure with the motherboard?

Or can be a failure with the battery?

Normally if I use it with battery, during normal operation I have seen no issue, tasks are running (Excel,Word) without any issue, and battery last around 2 hours or more battery time with normal usage, without any issue.

Anybody has any idea maybe according to the slow shut down in battery mode? Is this a HW or SW failure?

Thx in advance!
