HP Spectre 360

Hi, I have an HP Spectre 360 laptop, model number: 13t-aw000 that won't boot. It was working as normal 11 hours ago. When I push the power button the LED blinks three times but nothing else happens. I tried a hard reset by holding the power button for 15 seconds, but that didn't do anything either. Any tips on what might be the issue or how to solve it would be appreciated. Thanks.
