Hello dear Support Fourm,
I have a problem with my HP Spectre 14-ef2000 that it won't turn off properly.
I will try to explain it once: When I shut down or save power in Windows, the OS turns off but the motherboard stays on. But when I go into hibernation, the same thing happens, I have to hard power off the laptop once, but after that I can use hibernation normally without having to hard power it off every time, but when I restart my laptop once, I have to hard power it off again for hibernation to work again.
It's like the laptop can shut down properly, but for some reason it doesn't do it every time.
The laptop works fine otherwise, this problem occurred after a few months of use.
Is there anyone who has the same or similar problem? Is there any known solution?
Thank you in advance for any response.
Kind regards
Nicklas
