Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0059tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
My Spectre x360 Laptop shuts down randomly especially after the fans seem to be running at maximum when I am working.
I have performed the UEFI component tests. This also happens when I test the memory and when I test the fan (thermal test). Every other component test passes.
It is obviously a overheating issue as when the laptop boots again, I get the message that the system had over heated and it has been put into sleep or hibernation. I have cleaned the fans and the inside, but sadly no use. I have got the HP assistant to update all drivers, etc. Nothing has helped.
Can someone please help.
Thanks.
