Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP Spectre X360 13 will start up when I power it up, but will go to a blue screen of death and say “Machine Check Exception”, then it will state that it will restart on it’s own. It attempts to restart, but does so unsuccessfully, by going to the “HP Preparing Automatic Repair” screen, but then endlessly cycling back to the blue screen of death, and repeating the cycle forever with the fans running. I never obtain access to the Home Screen.
Is there a process to fix or troubleshoot this, or is it an internal hard drive problem?
