Hello everyone,
This is a very relevant thread for me as I've had exactly the same problem. I have a 2015 13" HP Spectre X360, which I bought from the US through a friend in early 2016. I've had exactly the same problem ever since I bought this laptop - random BSODs multiple times a day with different error codes (same as described by the author of the thread in the first post) - sometimes as frequently as every 15 minutes at times. Since I'm overseas, I had no opportunity to return/replace the computer under warranty (it is now expired), and I've tried many of the steps described in this thread - nothing seems to work.
So I have a question to HP employes. I will be traveling to the US in the next few weeks for work, and I will bring my laptop with me. Would it be posible to address an HP service center in the area where I will be located to try and have my probem fixed? I will be somewhat limited in time, so it would be great to receive some guidance on what I should do to have my problem fixed before I have to return home.
Thanks in advance for your advice,
Yulia
