Hi all,
Lately, I've had a couple of unexpected total freeze with black screen in my Spectre x360. The last resource is always to push the power button to reset it. However this last time was different. Suddenly the backlighted keyboard was on, and after reset it, I couldn't even access to the BIOS. So, I was to HP software, upgraded the BIOS to the latest and restart it. The machine works, apparently good, but I still can access to the BIOS to check technical conditions. I've tried all I remember to access BIOS:
Escape key, F10, F12...etc but nothing works.
Could you please, tell me how to access today the Spectrex360' s BIOS ?
Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to access BIOS.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the below steps to access the BIOS.
Turn off the computer, press the power button, and then repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu opens. Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
