HP STREAM 11 PRO

HELLO NEED HELP WITH UNLOCKING AN HP STREAM PRO 11, UPONG STARTUP I GET PROMPTED TO ENTER PASSWORD, AFTER 3 ATTEMPS IT, SYSTEM DISABLES AND GIVE ME A NUMBER [76785085].  

 

I HAVE TRIED:

 

REMOVING THE BATTERY, PRESSING POWER BUTTON FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE OR MORE AND START UP WITHOUT BATTERY CONNECTED. BUT STILL SAME ISSUE.  APPRECIATE SOME HELP WITH THIS.

HP does not capture or retain any BIOS password data, so HP cannot recover your local BIOS Password.

 

HP can remove the Password via a service of the Notebook.

 

You can contact HP Support to set this up.
