Stream 11
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Plugged in stream PC and light won't come on. Tried plug that came with computer as well as one for HP Omen, both won't power on device. Used it a day or so ago, and it worked fine. I didn't charge it up all the way. Normal if dead, just plug in and light come on. Power on and system is normal. Today it's dead. Help!!!!

Let's perform a power reset as per HP standards:

  • Ensure your laptop is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power charger from the computer, and remove the battery.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power adapter).
  • Press the power button to turn on your laptop.
  • Then put your battery back.

If the issue persists, please connect the device to an alternate power outlet, and remove any UPS/Surge protectors, leave it for charging for over 2hrs and check if it helps.
