Stream 11-y010wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

I have a Stream 11-y010wm with an admin bios password. I've tried everything I know to reset it - full power drain, using the bios-pw.org site, etc. Nothing has worked. I don't see any jumpers on the MB either.

The halt code is [ i 85070929 ]. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks much.

Thank you, REO51ST. That worked perfectly. Strange, I didn't have to remove the password in the bios after getting in. It was already cleared. I did a security reset anyway, on general principles.

Thanks so much for your help. Be well!
