Product: HO Stream

Bought a HP Stream at a garage sale. 

First thing that pops up is " Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password ". 

Click enter three times and get

" System Disabled : i 93218098 ".

I have already tried the BIOS website and that code didn't work. Tried calling the support number was left on hold for over an hour.
