HP Stream Laptop model 14

When trying to log into my HP Stream Laptop, I get an error message that reads: Your device is offline. Try a different sign-in method.

Can anyone tell me how else I can sign in, please.

If you were using an MSN login, the problem is that requires Internet access to complete the login -- which is why I have my PCs setup to use only Local logins.

Here is a thread about this:  https://www.top-password.com/blog/windows-10-fix-your-device-is-offline-please-sign-in-with-the-last...

My laptop does not have an external hard drive or CD; What other solution(s) might you have for logging in offline???

Did you try the various steps in the article -- if so, what did you find out?
