Product: HP Stream 14-cb164wm Laptop PC

So this has been going on for a while now, I just haven't had the time to ask anyone about it. So one day I was trying to log onto my hp stream laptop, and it wouldn't turn on. All that happened was the caps lock was blinking 3 times slowly, then 2 times fast. My screen just stays completely black as well. I'm not sure what to do, please help. Thank you in advance.
