Hi, I’m not really sure what the name of my product is all I know is that it’s a HP Stream Notebook 14’ . However the product number is  X7S47UA#ABA . The problem that I’m having with my computer is that it will not boot at all, I even took it to a computer repair shop and it booted perfectly for him?! Currently it’s showing no sign of life . I bought a new charger to see if that was the problem ,but my computer continues to not work at all! Please help!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
