Product: Stream 11-r010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have a HP Stream 11.
It is my daughters laptop.
She brought it to me requesting the password at startup.
I didnt setup a password for when it boots up, and I cannot get pasted it.
My daughter admited doing something but thought I had the password.
none the less we cannot use the laptop at all.
Below you will see the screen shot with the error message after trying several passwords
that she thought it may be.
System disabled: 51429837
Any assistance would be great, and I would hate that it would be a nice paper wieght!
Thank you,
