Product: HP Stream - 11-y009tu

I removed WINDOWS 10  to install windows 7   need for project   ,

Now machine will not load any thing   

I downloaded HP CLOUD RECOVERY   ( NOT WORKING)

SO  My HP STREAM IS NOW JUST A PAPER WEIGHT 

SCREEN SAYS ( no bootable device insert boot disc )  

How  do I make a boot disc ?

the  machine does not recognise   USB media    but got a response from bootable HIREMS  DVD .

You're going to need a dual layer DVD burner and a dual layer DVD disk to make a bootable W10 DVD because the New W10 ISO file is too large for a single layer DVD.
