Product: HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC (8QY67AV)

Apologies if this is in the wrong board / category but my HP Stream won't turn on, yet the LED light is displaying the laptop is fully charged (when on charge). There has been no changes made to it. The display cut out when in use and since then it hasn't turned back on. Any help would be appreciated. 🙂
