  • I bought an HP Victus Core i5 computer. The computer worked with me for a maximum of a month, after which the computer started to stop automatically and a blue screen appeared saying that there was an error in the BIOS and it must be programmed again, and the computer never worked again. Please help my friend.

BIOS corruption has been detected. BIOS recovery will begin automatically when you restart your PC. BIOS recovery will take several minutes. Do not shut down or remove external power from your PC during the process.

This is the blue message that appears on my computer screen

Hi @Raafat1994,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

What is the current BIOS version installed?

What is the exact error you are getting?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
