Hi my Hp victus doesnt start anymore a few days ago my laptop was having issues like the screen and the keyboard flashing the screen was getting black for a second or a few seconds it was hazardous, and now it wont start anymore with the charging port in or out does someone know how to fix it ?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Perform Hard Reset:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Remove the battery (if possible) and disconnect the AC adapter.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and the AC adapter, then power on the laptop.

Check for Power Light Indicators:

  • Look at the power light near the charging port. What color is it showing? Different colors indicate different statuses:
    • White: Fully charged or power is properly connected.
    • Blinking amber: Low battery.
    • Solid amber: Charging.
    • Off: No power indication.

Attempt to Start in Safe Mode:

  • If your laptop starts, immediately begin pressing the Esc or F2 key to access the Startup menu.
  • Select Safe Mode and see if the laptop boots up.
