Product: Vision 2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

For a while, my laptop has been only useable when charging, as it wont detect the battery, today steam locked me in and i was unable to power off or exit steam. I unplugged my computer since that would shut it off, and it wont turn back on.
