ZBook G3 will not boot. Charging light comes on when I plug in the charger (200w HP AC Adapter), but hitting power button does not power the laptop on. I read some posts and decided to open it up, remove the battery cable, and press+hold the power button for 45sec. After doing this, I plugged the battery cable back in and pressed the power button. It still would not boot up.

I plugged in the charger and the charging light lit up, but now the power button light lights up as well. When I unplug the charger, the power button light goes off. Plugged the charging cable back in, and the power button lights up again. I'm stumped and cannot seem to find anything online that resembles this behavior. I've tried pressing the power button when it is lit up, but it still seems to do nothing. I have the case open still and the fans don't spin up when the power button is lit up or when I press the power button.

Any ideas?
