Product: ZBook 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
was on my computer the other day and it crashed and ended with a blue screen and white sad face 😞 in top left corner, I don’t know where this came from. I’ve had the ZBook for like 3 years. It is very special to me but now when I try to turn it on the power light only sometimes comes on, like when you have to wait for power, but then it only lasts until the CAPS LOCK button flashes once, then the whole computer powers off. I can’t get it to turn on
