Product: HP Notebook-15-db1023nq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i was booting up my notebook and i got an error like this one i found on the hp website,i did a battery test in the support assistant and it said that everything is fine! and sometimes when i play games while on battery,the notebook would shutdown

and after i turn it on,same error pops up,i don t know what could be wrong,i never hit the laptop or things like that.
