Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, my HP 15-bs115dx asks me to input the administrator password or power on password after starting up, I tried 3 times and "i 68046145" came up, I did some research on internet and found the site "bios-pw.org" the code not work, can someone help me fix this bios lock issue? Thank you!
