Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

My HP Laptop has been stuck in a boot loop and I can't boot, or boot to BIOS or system recovery. It doesn't even show HP Logo, just lighting up the display and turning back off continuously. What could be the cause?

I've tried taking off the RAM and battery and put them back on but all to no avail.
