Hello,

out a the blue my laptop started to load the OS sticking on a black screen, after i simply press the power button.

So schematically this is the use case:

1- laptop battery totally charged

2- i press the power button

3-the led on the button glows

4- i don t hear the fan starting, the screen stays black and nothing happens

5-i plug in the AC adapater

6-i remove  the AC adapter

7- the led on the power button switch off and right after on again 

8-fan starts to work and the system is loaded as usual.

9- if i switch off the latop again... i have to start back from step 2

 

I tried to update the video card drivers and the Bios... and i tried as well to unplug everything from the laptop and i kept hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Nothing changes.
