Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Installed a new windows 10 recently on my Device but I cant access the Windows 10 Recovery Environment By pressing F11>"System Recovery" 

I only can access by pressing shift+restart from Windows but it's not convient. Any Solutions ??

That would indicate that you may have inadvertently modified the recovery partition.

 

You will need to use the USB recovery drive that was created with HP Recovery Manager to reinstall Windows that will wipe all data, recreate all partitions and allow the use of the F11 key to access the HP Recovery Manager.

 

If you did not create the recovery flash drive from HP Recovery Manager, you have removed the safety net that your notebook was delivered with.
