Product: Hp 15-f272wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My HP flyer Red wont start. When I push the power button the F-12 key will blink on and off at about 5 second intervals. The power cord light is on and I've disconected and reconected battery. Also' pressing and holding the power button when the amber f-12 blinks on till it turns off, then hitting power button again to no avail. Can someone please point me in the right direction to resolve this issue? Thank You!

I cannot do a hard reset, the computor will not turn on. I hear what sounds like the computor trying to boot up every time the f-12 key led blinks after I push the power button. But I have black screen and computor will not boot up at all.

You don't need notebook to turn on to do hard reset. Please read the document carefully.

I don't know what you're indicating here.
