Laptop quit working so contacted HP support and spent 4 days and many hours trying to find and fix the problem. Went through all the steps nothing worked and machine is now non functional. Finally a tech said he was going escalate my case to a supervisor who would tell me how to send the laptop in for repair. Supervisor emailed me not on how to send it in but should do the missing steps. There are none. Obvious delay tactic trying to make me give up.
