HP Recommended

HP laptop does not finish startup after update - screen goes black.  Help!!

I am dead in the water.  I have rebooted a dozen times - with restart and cold. no change.

It starts with the HP logo for a second then does one loop and then DEAD! and stay there!! - every time.

If I need a bios root boot.  How do I get it and where and how!!!  HELP
