Hello All - My HP laptop is stuck on HP logo screen and just gets stuck there and doesn't go any further. I have tried BIOS update , recovery and other things. No luck so far. Any suggestions. How do I reformat the laptop considering I cant access windows activation key as I can't login to laptop

(1) Power off notebook

(2Disconnect charger

(3Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4Connect charger

(5) Power on notebook

 

(6) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

I keep hitting Driver PNP WatchDog error while trying to reformat. I am thinking of taking it to HP support for repair at this point.
