Product: HP Elitebook 830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a client laptop that is stuck in a BIOS finalization loop. The client updated the laptop which cause the BIOS to update. After it is completed the laptop restarts but it goes into a loop stating that the system BIOS update is finishing then restarts again. I have tried unplugging the battery and then powering on the system via power adapter but still having the same issue. how do I fix the problem???
