Product: HP 250 G7 Notebook PC

I just got this laptop and it is not starting went a long way trying to fix it but stuck at this now so if anyone could help that will be really helpful

 and I have also tried changing the boot system and this happens

And then when I select either one of them it just stuck like this

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

The computer was shipped without an operating system. However, you can have a Windows operating system completely set up by HP installed if you follow the instructions.

 

(1) You need another computer to prepare <USB flash drive>

( All Software and drivers from HP are already included )
