IDK but from the last few days in my HP laptop , The Blue Screen of Death was frequently appearing and 3 days ago my Laptop got turned off suddenly and when I tried to turn it on , the Computer turns on , fan starts running but the screen remains black .
I tried that removing the battery and then to press the power button for 15 sec. and somehow it turned on so the same blue screen was appearing again . So I decided to copy my data and then to reset .
But then again the same thing happened and now it's not turing on .
I tried All the steps (4 steps ) that were on that HP support youtube video . IDK what to do now . Please help me ...
If there's something else that IDK and I can do to fix this please tell me

@PRINCE20_072017 Who's birthday is that? I'm a young Sherlock homes fan, so pardon my curiosity! 😉
As for the concern with the laptop's black screen dilemma, here's what we need to do, to identify and fix it:
check if it works fine on an alternate/external monitor.
- If it works fine on an alternate screen, please Perform a hard reset, Attempt a BIOS recovery and then, Run the System Diagnostics tests.
