It was working normally until I once turned it off. I turned it back on 10 minutes later because i needed it again but it didnt. My screen was black, no caps lit up, there is a flash of white with some sort of faded gray lines every exact 10 seconds. I cant hear the fan tuen on either. I only got it 2 years ago and I have never dropped it, never downloaded viruses. What should I do?

Hello @Elizabeth97

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you see boot screen and Windows loading ?

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook
