I want to get straight to the point. I bought an HP Pavilion Gaming15-DK0002NT laptop. It's been 5-6 years, and now it won't boot because it doesn't have the Windows operating system installed. The main problem is that it freezes. The laptop freezes during games. I've replaced the RAM and the SSD, but the problem persists. I sent it to HP service twice; once they replaced the motherboard, and the other time they found a fault with the fan and other things, saying the problem was solved, but it was still there. After the warranty expired, I took it to local computer repair shops, but they didn't want to deal with it. I took it to Casper service, and they found a fault in the battery and fixed it, but the problem continued. Then I sent it to a professional technical service, and this time they found a fault in the processor and asked for a high price. It's really unbelievable. They still haven't found the problem. Every place I send it to finds a fault in a different part of the laptop. I bought a new SSD, and they say the SSD is faulty. Someone please help. HP service won't accept the laptop anymore. They say they can't do it because the production process is over. Since it's not currently installed in Windows, and when I try to install it, it freezes at around 12% and doesn't install. Am I explaining myself poorly, or am I doing something wrong? I don't understand how a laptop's problem can't be found. It's been 5 years! My cousin has the same laptop and it hasn't given him any problems until now. He says there's a fault in my processor. I'm researching Intel, how the laptop would react if there was an Intel fault, but it has nothing to do with my computer. They're just doing this to get money. What am I supposed to do? I wrote here before, but it didn't help then either. I would appreciate it if someone could help.

Makes sure you have BIOS version F.62 or later

If you have earlier bios than F.62 then download F.62 and (if using just for gaming) avoid the newer bios as they are only security updates.

You should have the GTX-1650 series gpu which is designed for casual gaming and work.

What games are you running?  Please check the following site to see what the minimum requirements are for the game or games you want to run.
https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

NVidia drivers are here, but sure to get the auto detect driver update app as you motherboard swap might have given a different NVidia chip.

I assume you have been using an air duster to keep the fans free to spin

If your laptop shuts down while playing a game there are a couple of possibilities.

If it instantly turns off or freezes it is likely a hardware problem such as the video driver. It could also be caused by the CPU or GPU overheating.
Coretemp is a good temperature monitoring app.

Make sure the battery is fully charged before starting a game. Your laptop can overheat if it has to charge the battery at the same time as playing a game. Avoid any intensive games if not plugged in.
To mitigate the heat problem you should use a laptop cooler.

HP is removing cloud recovery for system over 5 years old.
The actual wording is a limited time after the warranty expires
You may want to get a copy of the cloud recovery before it is too late.
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go here and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 64gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.
Alternately, download from the MS windows store

If you do not have cloud recovery, install windows 11 and use the drivers here to find any "unknown drivers".  Let me know if you have a problem.

Let me know if win11 is not certified for your system as there is a way to make it install instead of 10.

My BIOS version is definitely old, but my computer won't boot because it doesn't have an operating system installed right now; it can only access the BIOS settings. It supports Windows 11, but that's not the issue. I can't install it because the computer freezes. It always freezes at 11% or 12%. When it freezes, only the power button responds. My laptop has a GTX 1050. I just upgraded the RAM and SSD. It currently has 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD. Yes, it froze in some demanding games I played, but my cousin has the same computer, and even though I have higher RAM and an SSD, mine also froze. The games I usually play are ETS2 and Valorant. I mostly use it for watching movies and TV shows. I also have a fan for cooling, but I've never used it, although I've always used the computer in a place with good airflow. As you said, it usually freezes when it overheats, sometimes 2 or 3 minutes after starting a game. I always used my laptop plugged into the charger while gaming. I'm trying to install a Windows 11 ISO file from another computer, but unfortunately it freezes and won't install. We don't understand why. Everyone says it's a hardware problem, but they always find fault with different parts. That's what I can't understand. The only parts that aren't faulty right now are the keyboard, camera, screen, etc. It's really strange. I don't know how to update the BIOS even though the computer won't boot.

Do not attempt to update the bios if the laptop has hardware problems

Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

Make sure you can pass the memory and disk test.

If you can pass memory and disk tests then --

Borrow another PC, download the F.62 bios and use the USB install option.  Boot the USB and update the bios.

Do you have cloud recovery?

Yes, as you said, that part opens. I'm testing both the RAM and the SSD, but sometimes the RAM freezes, sometimes the SSD. There have been times when it didn't freeze at all, but mostly the RAM froze. I bought new RAM, but the freezing continued. The last three places I sent it to didn't find any problems with the motherboard, but they found problems with the processor and the battery. I don't think either of those is the problem. I think they're just doing this to get extra money. The service center already replaced the motherboard anyway. I don't think that will be a problem, but I think the BIOS is old. Because the BIOS screen that opens when the computer is on isn't the same as the one that opens now. This one looks older.

What does the BIOS show for the version and date?  When in the BIOS set the fan to be always on and verify that you can feel air flowing.

Can you pass the UEFI memory test?

memtest86 is a more exhaustive test, try that one in addition to the HP diagnostics.

There was a phrase like "InsydeH2O Rev.X.X", which actually said InsydeH2O Rev 6.80. The date displayed on the screen was 12/09/2021. I don't know how to keep the fan constantly on. It sometimes passes the memory test, but mostly freezes. Right now, it always freezes around 46%.

HP Recommended

The configuration page of the bios should have the "fan on" option.
F.62 was release in 2022 so you have an older bios if your version is 2019

The first thing I'll do is run a test computer and let you know if it freezes. Could this freezing problem be related to the BIOS? I want to clarify something. I've sent the laptop in for the same reason every time. They've always found a different hardware issue. They've all tried to fix it, but the freezing never went away. This is starting to seem ridiculous. I don't have the financial means to buy a new computer. If we could at least install Windows, maybe we could do something about it.

The laptop was at the computer repair shop when I spoke to you. I have it now and will attach photos. I found a problem with the BIOS that I think is older and more significant than I initially thought. I installed the SSD, and it's fine, but it's not showing up in the BIOS; I can't even run any tests. Then I bought a new Kingston 1TB SSD and installed that too, and it's still not recognized. I clicked it into place perfectly. Many places I've sent it to so far haven't found any errors with the SSD. The last place I sent it to found an error with the processor. I don't know how to fix this. I'm researching it on YouTube. I would appreciate your help. I'm waiting for your message.
