HP Recommended

My HP 17-cn2083dx laptop crashed while playing a game and now it will turn on but only shows a black screen.  Caps lock blinks 2 slow and 2 fast lights.   I tried a hard reset holding power button for 15-20 seconds.  I cannot remove the battery.  Still does not boot.
