HP has locked my laptop with bit locker.  HP relies on Microsoft for unlocking bit locker, but Microsoft is not always accommodating.  My case is extra challenging because of a death in the family, HP has offered no help at all. HP completely denies any responsibility for fixing a problem they created. HP should have a way to fix this total lockup problem without relying on an outside vender that HP has no control over.   

 

Does anyone know how to unlock bit locker on a HP laptop without Microsoft?
