HP pavilion 15-p165sa
Hi,

Have a laptop here that won't boot, nothing comes up on screen at all. 2 white led beeps followed by another 2 white led beeps on the caps lock, i checked and this says thermal issue? I have cleaned fans and checked for damage on CPU, I have reseated the memory and still having same issue.

Any one got any ideas?

Thank you in advance.
