I have a Pavilion dv4.  I do not know the administrator password.  I get a disable code of 89726009.  Can you help me.  I saw a thread where many people had this problem but the recovery codes they were given did not work for me.  Thanks - David

I need help with an htc inspire Ian dv4 laptop computer. at startup I get nothing not even a BIOS option it just goes immediately to a screen that is it comes over the blue box that says please enter the power-on password or administrator password. how do I get this I've tried all of the tricks that I've read about online at this point and nothing seems to work. help perry
