HP pavilion x360 laptop won't start

My new  laptop all of a sudden won't turn on but I thought maybe it just needs to charge but when I plugged in the charger it won't charge. I tried different sockets and another compatible charger....but nothing has worked. The charge light doesn't come on and the laptop also won't come on. I just don't understand what happened? I just bought the laptop like 4 months ago!

Was there any sort of power outage happened?

Meanwhile, try the following steps and see if that helps. 

POWER DRAIN:

Please disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.

CBR:

Press windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.
