Well they won't let me enter the info so I have a HP 14-dq0051dx and the HO assistant was updating my computer and was doing a BIOS update and crashed it. It won't even boot now. And this was HP's update assistant or what ever that crashed it and not me. How do I fix this, because it's out of warranty I can't even talk to anyone at home but it's their fault there tool that did this.... It said updating to bios 41 that's the last thing then restarted and now flaskes some clearing the bios and keeps doing it over and over for a half an hour now
