HP Recommended

I have an older HP spectre detachable laptop. I was working on it couple of night back, then I set it to sleep without a charger. Today it won’t power on even after leaving it fully charged, and the charger light is white. If I hold down the power button for 20 plus seconds to reset, the Caps lock on the removable keyboard blinks once. Since this notebook is fully sealed, I assume I cannot open the laptop to check for HW failures.
