Help. I have another friend who purchased two laptops for her kids and one kid added a admin password and can't remember what it is. I did try the password generator site but did not work. I getting System Disabled   i  78796901

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Please Contact HP in your region for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a Bios Flash. Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.
